Having worked in agency and development both locally and internationally, Philip moved across to the telecommunications sector with one of the U.K’s leading service and fibre infrastructure providers. 

Willfred James skillsets include strategic planning and implementation, analysing market opportunities, setting strategic targets and recruiting teams to bring world-class fibre infrastructure to portfolios of existing buildings and new build developments.

These skillsets are strengthened by partnerships with key stakeholders including large ground rent freeholders, developers, property managers, central government, registered providers & local authorities.
